Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure availability of IT Systems & Infrastructure at agreed performance level to ensure regular operation within organization.
∎ Supervise Disaster Recovery Planning & Data Security to ensure proper storage and restoration of the information in case of disaster to ensure business continuity.
∎ Ensure availability of all Data (Daily/Weekly/monthly) & provide information to users.
∎ Provide effective support to IT Users in UG as and when required to ensure smooth internal IT system management.
∎ Manage and maintain rapport with IT Suppliers to avail services and support from them within agreed time and quality to ensure satisfaction among the internal customers.
∎ Provide effective support in order to ensure uninterrupted meeting and video conferencing.
∎ Deliver prompt response during Laptop/PC installation & troubleshooting.
∎ Carry out activities associated with required email & network configuration.
∎ Ensure the optimum level of user satisfaction in terms of internal service provision.
∎ Perform all day-to-day activities related to hardware etc.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Setup and maintenance of mikrotik router, experience with bandwidth management mikrotik.
∎ Sound knowledge on endpoint security solutions, Firewall, LAN MAN WAN with Copper & fiber, Switching, Data backup, Microsoft 365, Cloud Solutions, Microsoft Azure , AWS, outlook, mail system, switch, router, Optical network, IT security, DNS & DHCP etc.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration.
∎ Clear knowledge about TCP/IP, DNS, Windows OS.
∎ Security Management including managing VPNs and firewalls.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
∎ Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
∎ Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
∎ Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
∎ Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 6 years of IT experience in reputed local/multinational organizations (preferably ecommerce) among which 3 years of Managerial experience is desired.
∎ Professionals having hands-on experience in leading and managing overall IT infrastructure unit, managing multiple Database Server, Application Server, Corporate Email Service, Network Infrastructure & DC/DR sites etc. are encouraged to apply. Good expertise and sound knowledge over ISO 9001 guidelines also expected.
∎ Routing and Switching and Backhaul Network Designs.
∎ IP/MPLS Services (VLL, Pseudowires, L2VPN, L3VPN, IP Dedicated and etc.).
∎ Experience in Cisco, Mikrotik, BDCOM switches/routers.
∎ Experience in CORE, Metro Ethernet and Backhaul network applications.
∎ Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
∎ Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
∎ Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
