∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ CA/ CMA partly qualified will be given priority.
∎ Skills Required: Capital Market/ Investment Banking
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as the member of Issue Management & Corporate Advisory team
∎ Carry out a detailed evaluation of the Company and its future business plans
∎ Review Revenue pattern, Tax, VAT, RJSC, Documentation etc
∎ Review and design financial statement of the client as per IAS, IFRS and other relevant rules as per requirement of BSEC
∎ Preparing prospectus, Information Memorandum, Right Offer document etc
∎ Excellent analytical Skills in negotiation, business planning, and budgeting
∎ Making effective plan to reach the company suitable platform in short period
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
