∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchant Bank, Share brokerage
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Context:
∎ Excellent knowledge of Bangladesh Capital Market, understanding of Finance, Economy, Business & Investments
∎ Excellent command over Fundamental & Technical Analysis
∎ Must have hands on experience on securities trading in secondary market

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stock analysis and valuation using fundamental and technical tools for the companies listed in Stock Exchanges and produce useful research data and reports on continuous basis
∎ Review stock market trends on daily basis and recommend extrapolated trends
∎ Determine the sound investment strategies, advice both the investors and the company
∎ Prepare IPO Valuation, bidding summary and participate in bidding process with the approval of the authority
∎ Playing an instrumental role to assist the company's investment in Government securities (G-sec)
∎ Conduct equity research on portfolios and recommend investment decisions suggesting strategy to recover if needed
∎ Prepare investment reports
∎ Ensure regulatory compliances
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the Management of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Training/Diploma/Undergraduate/Graduate degree(s) concentrating Investment & Stock Market will be given preferences
