Investment/Merchant Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequately capable to provide consultation services independently to the companies intending to raise its capital through private placement, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue etc
∎ Competent to analyze the financials and capital structure of the Issuer Company
∎ Capable in preparing the prospectus of the Issuer Company
∎ Having fair Knowledge in Issue Management, Portfolio Management, Underwriting and Corporate Advisory Services and Trustee Services
∎ Having sound knowledge & experience in relation to IPO of Shares & Bonds Issue, RPO of Shares, Rights Issue of Shares, Direct Listing of Shares, Issue of Shares under Book Building method, Raising of Capital by Limited Companies etc
∎ Well-informed with regard to the Laws, Rules & Regulations issued/ provided by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and other concerned Regulatory Authorities
∎ Capable to be actively involved in trades
∎ Sound knowledge on preparing valuation report of Company
∎ Having knowledge and expertise on Merger, Acquisition and Amalgamation scheme and process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidates having CA/CFA (Partly Qualified) and Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market will be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
