∎ MBS/ M.Com/ MBA from any Govt. approved university, third division/class in any examination is not allowed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about Capital Market, Merchant Banking, Issue Management, Rules, Regulations and Policies of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Conceptually sound in transaction/trading on securities, Brokerage & Merchant Banking Operation.
∎ Depth Knowledge about DSE Trading platform (FLEXTRADE).
∎ Knowledge about Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Capital Market.
∎ Well Conversant with Investment Products and Capable in market trend analysis .
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, Strong analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent skills of maintaining communication with people to facilitate business procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 year(s) (Experience below 5 years will be consider for other post.)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchant Banking (Specially Issue Management), Trading, Business Development.
∎ Will encourage if having at least 05 years' experience in Issue management area of any reputed Merchant Bank with proven record of accomplishment.
∎ Excellent Communication both in English and Bangle..
∎ Team Player.
∎ Computer Literate.
