Responsibilities & Context:
Provide leadership in organizing the IE & Planning Dept. with efficient structure and effective work process.
To responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedules, line plan, T&A, and engineering procedures, aimed at achieving higher productivity and efficiency per worker.
Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
Develop and implement Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other tools for ensuring efficient production processes.
Calculate and finalize product SMV from GSD method, CM calculation, Production Planning, Seasons plan, Capacity assurance analysis & finalize the product cost
Be able to make maximum utilization of ERP for greater effect.
