Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design layout of machines, materials and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE Method / Tools.
∎ Set up everyday input ratio and create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Ensure proper method & time study, proper line balancing and confirm daily line wise production target.
∎ Ensure accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction and increased profitability.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of machine and manpower.
