∎ Drive end to end recruitment & selection processes within the lead time
∎ Ensure KPIs are set as per SMART principle and available in the system on time
∎ Coordinate Mid-year and Annual Performance Appraisal Process as per procedure within the deadline.
∎ Administer financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits
∎ Handle employee relations issues such as grievance and employee welfare activities
∎ Ensure disciplinary issues are dealt as per company policy and complying BLL.
∎ Prepare different notes, reports, etc as required by the Management
∎ Design and implement various HR projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ MBA in HRM from reputed university (preferably from IBA, DU, BRAC. NSU, EWU and AIUB)
∎ Experience in HR and 03 years should be in similar role (FMCG/ Pharma Industry preferred)
∎ Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali (will be tested)
∎ Proven expertise in HRIS / ERP implementation
∎ Knowledge of in Bangladesh Labour Law
∎ Strong planning, analytical and presentation skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
