∎ Pharmaceuticals Industry.
∎ At least 10 years of experience in related field with at least 6 years of experience in Leadership role
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Human Resources & Development, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection
∎ Fluent in Office applications
∎ Basic know-how in IT equipment
∎ Fluent in writing & speaking in both Bangla and English
∎ Highly ethical mind-set with Organizational focus
∎ Team builder & Team player
∎ Good Administrator with congenial personality
∎ Able to decide & function under stress
