Job Context:
∎ The Organization is looking for Candidates from Tea Industry Only.
∎ This position exists to increase revenue as well as profitability by generating new sales and leading the Sales & Marketing team. In addition, adequate visibility of the brand(s) as well as adopting proper marketing activities to boost sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Activities:
∎ Responsible for delivering targets according to the annual Sales plan and providing periodic updates revisions and modifications to the plan.
∎ Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales plan with all of the functional departments of the company.
∎ Develop new strategies, tactics and plan for future growth of the company.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of the targets based on KPIs of the individuals of the sales team; following them up periodically; arranging proper training, marketing and logistical support for them to achieve their individual target.
∎ Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build up the loyal customer base.
∎ Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goal.
∎ Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback and deploy them from idealization to execution.
∎ Build strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
∎ Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content cu ration, and pay per click campaigns, customer activation, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy-writing, and performance analysis.
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
∎ Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
∎ Analyse the competitors' market data, make the strike plan and report to Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 12 to 15 years of related experience from Tea Industry
∎ Identify, develop, and establish key performance indicator metrics: lead data gathering and analysis.
∎ Identify trends and variable factors and drive issue resolution to eliminate gaps.
∎ Apply critical thinking skills and work independently to make sound business decisions on behalf of the Company.
∎ Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
∎ Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
∎ Highly ethical mind-set with Organizational focus.
∎ Team builder & Team player.
∎ Good Administrator with congenial personality.
∎ Able to decide & function under stress.
