Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets

Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs and real estate market trends

Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with real estate management software is a plus
Sales Execution: Drive sales growth by engaging and guiding potential buyers through the sales journey. Effectively communicate the value and unique selling points of our properties, catering to the specific needs and aspirations of each client.
Lead Generation and Networking: Proactively identify new leads, build and nurture client relationships, and network within the industry to expand market reach. Attend industry events, open houses, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients. Follow up with leads, address inquiries, and maintain regular contact to build long-term relationships and client loyalty.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Offer insights and feedback to the team for strategic adjustments in sales and marketing.
Collaboration with Engineer Team: Work closely with the engineering team to support campaign strategies and events that highlight the unique features of our projects.
