Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to design and execute various real estate development projects.
∎ Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
∎ Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
∎ Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
∎ Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, budgets, and reports.
∎ Solve technical challenges that arise during the construction process and provide innovative solutions.
∎ Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
∎ Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
∎ Participate in project meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and methodologies.
