∎ This position is responsible for manage overall HR operations of project e.g. Strategic planning, Recruitment, Payroll, Tax, Vat, Client Relations, BIDA work, Payment Recovery & Team Development and Training & Development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization's mission, vision, goal & strategy- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative aimed toward operational excellence
∎ Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals
∎ Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
∎ Uphold organizational culture, values and reputation in its market and with the clients
∎ Ensure projects are running smoothly without any complain from the respective clients
∎ Look after all work permit related work, Visa related work, Home Ministry, SB, NSI related works as needed
∎ Maintain day to day operations for foreign employees including Salary Disbursement, Tax and Remittance etc.
∎ Ensure potential recruitment for clients
∎ Day to day communication with all clients on business operational activities
∎ Maintain complete asset listing and update on regular basis
∎ Ensure maximum staff utilization through job enrichment & job enlargement as & when necessary
∎ Obtain profit contribution by managing staff, establishing and accomplishing business objectives
∎ Assess, develop & reward own team to achieve organizational goal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on HR Operations & Business Communication
∎ Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
∎ Sophisticated on MS Office, MS Power point and email communication
∎ Strong analytical and record keeping ability for reports
∎ Analytical Ability, Knowledge in income tax of employee
∎ PGDHR/MBA in HRM
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
