∎ The main goals of HR Manager: Proactively identify issues, Improve employee relations, Establish HR best practices
∎ Ensure Business recruiting process, administration, performance management, benefits administration, absence management, and offboarding.
∎ Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
∎ Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert
∎ Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to Management Team and Board of Directors for improvement of organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
∎ Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
∎ Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and onboarding process.
∎ Being a competent user of all internal systems, to include our employee records system
∎ Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.
∎ Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
∎ Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
∎ Follow up HR priority projects with any administrative activity.
∎ Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
