Experience:
Design, implement, and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.·
Develop HR policies, procedures, and frameworks tailored to our innovative mission.·
Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Taking timely disciplinary action as per organization service policy and Labor law after necessary inquiry and consultation with unit/departmental heads.
Compensation and benefit analysis and preparing related policies to be implemented.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies with legal requirements in areas such as safety regulations, and employee rights.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Any other task assigns by the Superior Authority
