Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, develop and upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization.
∎ Lead the recruitment & Selection through job advertisement, screening job application, interview scheduling, interviewing, selecting candidate, salary negotiation, perform reference check and confirming the process of job offering and appointment.
∎ Maintain Recruitment Process as well as proper database
∎ Received Recruitment requisition from different department & justify the needs by approved budget line.
∎ Work closely with the program about JD development, update the JD, store it for present in demand, share this employee, provide answer for necessary quarry in this regards.
∎ Maintain & development Program for every department.
∎ Develop conceptual framework & strategy for HR by reviewing employee productivity.
∎ Developed Key performance indicator (KPI) and goal setting of the different level of employees with their department head and conduct appraisal process.
∎ Good Team Player with a feeling for cultural differences as well as positioning within the management team.
∎ Ensure staff development including training need assessment
∎ Maintain records and compile reports concerning related data as well as hires, transfer, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisal; submit to monthly, yearly.
∎ Succession Planning
∎ HR analytics
∎ HR architecture
∎ All other task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 8-10 years of practical experience in the relevant field and at least 3years' experience as head of HR.
∎ Working Experience with multinational Company will be given preference.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on BLA
∎ Excellent leadership skill.
∎ Sound Knowledge on computer.
