∎ B.Sc in CSE or Diploma Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills

∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Active Directory, CCTV Maintaining, Hardware & Networking, IT system support and maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating and negotiating with users, specialists, other staff and suppliers.
∎ Provide necessary support Attendance Machine, Door Access Control, PABX System, Warless router, Print Server & Photocopier.
∎ Responsible for communication protocols, configuration, integration & security.
∎ Configure of necessary device to connect internet via Fiber optical.
∎ Managing staff accounts for email.
∎ CCTV monitoring, configure and troubleshooting.
∎ Daily check and keep report CCTV Backup as required.
∎ Structured cabling for new User.
∎ Manage and maintain data and PST backup system and ensure sensitive information is protected.
∎ Diagnosis User PC report for virus related issue.
∎ Coordinate with ISP for internet service-related issue.
∎ Ensure company Asset and maintained responsibly.
∎ Configure, Update/Register inventory of all computer equipment including software used in all sites.
∎ Training to user new software and new technology.
∎ Payroll, ERP & Inventory Software Monitoring & IT Related Help.
∎ Supervising, monitoring & managing the ERP SOFTWARE on routine basis & be a team leader.
∎ Time to time report to Team Leader and Head of Department.
∎ To ensure Smooth running of ERP system.
∎ Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong technical knowledge able to pick up quickly on company's systems and process.
∎ As per Management requirement some special analytical report were prepared and submitted to Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong English written and oral communication skills.
∎ Implementing ERP & HRM (Payroll) for manufacturing Companies.
∎ Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, VLAN, Windows Firewall.
∎ Good knowledge on router, firewall and email gateway system.
∎ Must have problem solving capacity.
∎ Must be available anytime on emergency.
∎ Smart, proactive, energetic, hard worker and result oriented.
∎ Ability to perform under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
