Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for hiring all workers, having a high standard recruitment process and finding the best suitable employee for the company.
∎ Making solid business contracts with workers that will be recruited.
∎ Managing salary payments with accountant.
∎ Taking disciplinary actions to workers whenever necessary.
∎ Resolving employee's complex situation to build up good internal relationship among the employees.
∎ Creating standard operating procedure (SOP) for the different departments.
∎ Providing training to the employees to ensure smooth transition to the company.
∎ To lead the HR department and its team members.
∎ Responsible to ensure the factory is compliant as per the rules of the different buyers in regard to compliance.
∎ Knowledgeable on the process and procedure on acquiring the different certification Accord, LEED, ISO, GOTS, SEDEX etc.
∎ Ensuring facilities have all the health, fire & safety protocol that are needed.
∎ Liaison with the different authorities in regard to the compliance of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in working with an ERP system.
∎ Must have experience in working in EPZ area, good knowledge on the rules & regulation of BEPZA. Need to have good relationship with authorities in the Dhaka EPZ zone and BEPZA.
∎ Must have good knowledge of labor law, compliance and HR practices.
