Responsibilities & Context:
Analysis manpower, monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan & subsequent recruitment, selection & placement.
Ensure a fair & transparent talent acquisition process including job profilers & circulars within standard time.
Need to conduct job analysis including fixing job description, job specification, position analysis.
Develop strategies for central recruitment system & retention process.
Prepare & Implement HR policies.
Need to work for developing the KPI based performance appraisal system for the company.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
