Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Retired Army/Police person is preferred
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Human Resource Management, Job analysis, and manpower planning, Public Speaking

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing entire HR and Admin-related issues.
∎ Execution of the company's administrative plans, policies, and decisions
∎ Ensure HR-related issues - Plan, Development, Recruitment and Performance management, Rewards & Recognition, Promotion and Increment, Training & Development.
∎ Developing HR policies & procedures, and code of conduct, etc.
∎ Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
∎ Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the office.
∎ Maintain employee benefit and personnel record with regards to compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations.
∎ Payroll management.
∎ Ensuring on-time disbursement of salary, allowances, incentives, bonus as per company policy.
∎ Attendance management.
∎ Managing staff queries & complaints.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Good communication and presentation skills and ability to persuade others.
∎ Experienced in handling the excessive workload.
∎ Strong proficiency in MS Office & general computer use.
∎ Concise verbal & written communication skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and latest rules.
∎ Conversant with HR regulations, industry practices, and standards.
∎ Hands-on experience in Payroll Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others from a company point of view.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Committed to maintaining compliance with both external and internal rules and regulations.
∎ Contribute to creating and maintaining a satisfactory job environment
∎ Retired Army/Police person is preferred

Salary: Negotiable
