∎ *Planning and Budgeting: Developing schedules and estimating costs.
∎ *Supervision: Overseeing construction activities to ensure the use of appropriate materials and adherence to standards.
∎ *Material Management: Selecting and ensuring the proper use of construction materials.
∎ *Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring compliance with standards.
∎ *Team Coordination: Coordinating with engineers, architects, workers, and contractors involved in the project.
∎ *Client and Authority Liaison: Communicating project progress and resolving issues with clients and regulatory authorities.
∎ *Report Preparation: Compiling site reports and monthly progress updates.
∎ *Drawing and Approvals: Reviewing drawings and obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
