Experience:

• Experience in Road, Culvert & Bridge Construction Works.

• Review and interpret project drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to ensure all works comply with design and quality requirements.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, method statements, and progress plans for river excavation, embankment, and road construction activities.
• Supervise and monitor daily road, bridge, and drain construction activities at site to ensure proper execution and progress.
• Ensure proper execution of earthwork, sub-base, base, and bituminous layers in accordance with approved drawings and technical standards.
• Supervise all civil works including structures, culverts, retaining walls, and drainage systems as per design and specification.
• Coordinate with the survey team to check and verify levels, alignments, and cross-sections throughout the project.
• Work closely with the site laboratory to ensure material testing and quality control procedures are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, and project engineers for smooth and accurate execution of work.
• Monitor and control material usage, such as soil, aggregates, concrete, and bitumen, to maintain quality and prevent wastage.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, maintain site records, and report regularly to the Project Manager.
• Ensure strict safety compliance, proper use of equipment, and adherence to environmental protection measures at all times.
• Verify as-built levels, measurements, and quantities for billing, progress, and documentation purposes.
• Identify and report any technical discrepancies or design conflicts to higher management for resolution.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings, progress claims, and payment certificates as required.
• Ensure overall quality assurance, environmental compliance, and project documentation are maintained as per standards.
