∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The candidate should have a strong track record in corporate HR, Admin & Compliance functions pertaining to followings:
∎ Ensuring preparation and maintenance of personal files of employees with carrying out a monthly cross check and updating to HR software.
∎ Implementing employee’s biometric attendance followed by payroll generation along with other benefits, leave tracking, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement.
∎ Being focused with implementing the routine functions of HR, Admin & Compliance and its related SOP and COC, Office Etiquettes, Salary Structure, Policy Procedure and guidelines.
∎ Assisting in team-building activities and promoting team-work by arranging necessary training for employees and assessing staff performance at regular basis to ensure maximum efficiency and production of the company through a continuous process of coaching, guiding and counselling.
∎ Maintaining proper inventory of company assets issued to employees/departments and ensuring the only essential materials/items are being requisitioned for purchase in order to assurance of company cost minimization.
∎ Providing all sorts of Admin and Logistic supports over transport, accommodation, dormitory, mess, guest room, canteen etc. for the purpose of ensuring statutory compliance in accordance with Labor Law.
∎ Carrying out timely maintenance of vehicles and obtaining vehicles passes from concerned authorities/organizations on various occasions.
∎ Ascertaining a safe and pleasant visit of the visitors/VIPs with necessary protocol and entertainments.
∎ Keeping updated of the vehicle’s documents and all factory related licenses/certifications.
∎ Disseminating correct flow of information at right time to all root level employees/workers on any grievances for prevailing a congenial and healthy work environment in the factory/office.
∎ Arranging and holding of office events, meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations and training sessions at different occasions.
∎ Ensuring Labor Law practices and unfirming social compliance and human right standard throughout the company.
∎ Maintaining employees’ health and hygienic, safety and security of men, materials and environment of the organization by holding time bound firefighting drill practices and cleansing operations.
∎ Keeping close liaison with the local civil administration including govt. and semi govt. high officials and influential community leaders to ensure smooth running of the operational activities/production of the company.
∎ Managing all travel and hotel arrangement for national/international staffs including their visas and work permits as applicable.
∎ Taking appropriate disciplinary measures against the defaulters and irregularities.
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-8 years’ working experience on HR, Admin & Compliance Management in a large manufacturing/ trading/ multinational company.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relation building skills. Sound knowledge on BLL.
