∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have an excellent knowledge and skills, intelligence and vision, interpersonal proficiency, moral courage, honesty and integrity and institutional acumen.
∎ Should have an acute knowledge and experience on planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling various situations for a safe, secure and legal work environment.
∎ Capable of implementing security policies, rules, regulations and norms and apt to be monitoring the security operations for the organizations.
∎ Worthy of arranging training and supervising security officers and guards and developing overall security strategy in order to achieve departmental KPIs and success regularly.
∎ Should always be alert and focused on the surrounding incidents, situations and developments through a constant communication with concerned organizations and departments.
∎ Prudent to ensuring the security of men and materials/goods/equipment’s in factory site by regular checking and patrolling.
∎ Should be efficient in maintaining contacts with local police stations, fire brigades, hospitals and other necessary utility service providers.
∎ Will need to perform any other duties and responsibilities as being assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Lieutenant/Captain (Retd) from BD Army will get preference.
∎ Apt to be physically fit to work under extreme pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy.
