Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To follow up All HR activities.
∎ To follow up all administration & Compliance activities.
∎ Such as..
∎ 1. To ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training, managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ 2. To maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends recommending benefit programs to management directing the processing of benefit claims obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids awarding benefit contracts designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
∎ 3. To ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements conducting investigations maintaining records representing the organization at hearings.
∎ 4. To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ 5. To maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ 6. To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ 7. To develop & implement Policies, procedures relevant to HR Dept.
∎ 8. To supervise the overall functions of the HR & Compliance Dept.
∎ 9. To develop and implement modern HR concepts.
∎ 10. To manage effective performance management system.
∎ 11. To manage payroll, compensation & benefits of the company.
∎ 12. To handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Compliance dept.
∎ 13. To manage vehicle fleet of the company.
∎ 14. To maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices.
∎ 15. To assist Managing Director with Strategic HR functions.
∎ 16. To maintain all of the issues Of ACCORD/ RSC and reputed buyers.
∎ 17. To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits.
∎ 18. To deal with all buyers' representatives & auditors and meet their relevant requirement to ensure zeros NCR.
∎ 19. Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
∎ 20. Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ 21. To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ 22. To communicate with buying house, third party audit firm, fire & civil defense department, Environment department government office, and police station & labor department.
∎ 23. To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ 24. Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
∎ 25. To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem.
∎ 26. Any other work assigned by the Management.
