Human Resources (HR):
Develop and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and company regulations.
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Oversee employee performance management, appraisal, and development programs.
Ensure proper handling of employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Conduct training and capacity-building programs for employees.
Maintain updated employee records and HR-related documentation.
Administration (Admin):
Supervise overall factory administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll-related documentation.
Ensure proper facility management (canteen, transport, housekeeping, safety, etc.).
Control office supplies, fixed assets, and logistics management.
Coordinate with different departments for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and code of conduct.
Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update all compliance-related documents and certifications.
Prepare the factory for buyer audits and external inspections.
Monitor workplace safety, health, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Implement social compliance, ethical trade initiatives, and sustainability requirements.
Liaise with buyers, auditors, and regulatory authorities regarding compliance matters.
Regularly review and improve compliance practices to meet industry standards.
Candidates must have experience working with RSC and Other regulatory bodies.
