Cassiopea Fashion Limited is a Large-Scale Export-Oriented Garment Manufacturing. CFL is a world-class garment manufacturing platform with a production capacity exceeding 1,200,000 garments per month and approximately 14,500,000 garments annually.

As we continue to expand our global customer base, we are seeking an experienced and highly capable Head of HR, Administration, Compliance & Sustainability to lead all people, compliance, ethical sourcing, audit, sustainability, and factory administration functions.

 

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that CFL operates at the highest international standards of social compliance, sustainability, worker welfare, ethical sourcing, factory governance, HR management, and customer compliance.

 

The individual must possess extensive experience working with large export-oriented garment manufacturers and have a successful track record of managing buyer audits, factory certifications, compliance systems, and workforce management.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR, Administration, Compliance, Sustainability, or Factory Management.

  • Experience in senior leadership positions within large export-oriented garment manufacturing companies.

  • Proven track record managing factories supplying major international retailers and brands.

  • Strong academic qualifications in HR, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or related disciplines.

  • Professional certifications in Compliance, Sustainability, Social Auditing, or HR Management will be highly preferred.

Buyer & Brand Experience: Candidates must have direct experience working with and managing audits, compliance programs, approvals, and customer requirements for major international brands and retailers, including:

Core Responsibilities - HR & Administration

  • Lead all HR operations and workforce management activities.

  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and workforce engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Develop employee welfare and retention programs.

 

Compliance Management

  • Maintain full compliance with buyer requirements and industry standards.

  • Lead all customer audits and compliance assessments.

  • Ensure factory readiness for announced and unannounced audits.

  • Implement corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Sustainability & ESG

  • Lead sustainability initiatives throughout the organization.

  • Manage environmental and social compliance programs.

  • Drive continuous improvement in responsible manufacturing practices.

  • Support customer sustainability goals and reporting requirements.

 

Customer Approval & Relationship Management

  • Secure and maintain factory approvals from major international brands and retailers.

  • Interface directly with buyer compliance teams, auditors, and sourcing offices.

  • Develop strong working relationships with customer compliance and sustainability teams.

 

Facility & Workplace Management

  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant factory environment.

  • Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, worker welfare, and facility management.

  • Lead emergency preparedness and workplace safety programs.

Industry Network

Strong preference will be given to candidates who maintain professional relationships with:

  • International buyer compliance teams.

  • Global sourcing offices.

  • Brand sustainability teams.

  • RSC leadership and technical teams.

  • Nirapon representatives.

  • Industry compliance consultants.

  • BGMEA and BKMEA stakeholders.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have previously held senior HR, Compliance, Sustainability, or Administration leadership positions within some of Bangladesh’s leading garment manufacturing groups and possess a proven record of successfully managing large-scale operations supplying major global brands.

 

Only candidates with demonstrated achievements, strong industry references, and verifiable compliance leadership experience will be considered.
