∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will get preference;

∎ To work with BRB Hospitals family members, we are looking for a professional & qualified Manager-HR & Admin, who will be expert in handling all kind of HR & Admin related functional activities of a Hospital. His responsibilities, but not be limited to be mentioned as follows:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, develop, implement and evaluate the organization's HR Strategy across the Hospital Management;
∎ Managing all HR related functional activities of the Hospitals, which includes manpower planning, advertising recruitment & selecting, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, succession planning and maintaining of HR database system;
∎ Monitor & ensure strict compliance with all HR and Admin related policies and procedures;
∎ Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities;
∎ Design, implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs.
∎ Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures;
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings, check meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned;
∎ Any others responsibilities to be assigned time to time by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having working experience in Corporate Level Hospital will get preference;
∎ Sound Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law;
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skills;
∎ Must have computer literacy having reasonable typing speed in Bengali and English;
∎ Strong Analytical Ability.
