Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (MBA in HRM is preferred)
∎ Masters with a post graduate diploma in HR may also apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To direct, control and monitor the overall HR & Administrative activities of the Company.
∎ Lead, review and ensure implementation of the human resource functional strategies in line with the business strategies.
∎ Ensure on-time recruitment of Employees and Non-Management Staffs for smooth operation.
∎ To review the different Reports submitted by various Departments of the Company.
∎ To be concerned and proactive about creative & innovative ideas for protecting Company's interest.
∎ Identify new and cost effective measures to ensure that the administrative functions are running smoothly.
∎ To motivate and Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR functions as per the company policies.
∎ Prepare job description of employees and performance monitoring.
∎ Able to lead the KPI based performance evaluation system on target basis
∎ Focus on the areas of manpower planning, training and well-being.
∎ Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions and handling with legal authorities.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants previously having 7-8 years working experience in HR
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appreciate & acknowledge the team members.
∎ HR and Labor law knowledge
∎ High level interpersonal skills and integrity;
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
