∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure the goods are being received from production on time as per plan.
∎ Responsible to ensure the packing list for inspection & shipment as per plan.
∎ Responsible to ensure that packing accessories, buyer PO, packing method, style details ratio details are collected from respective department.
∎ Responsible to ensure respective process (pack receiving, baler packing, carton packing , storing , pallet making, loading) is being run as per standard/procedure.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with respective department to solve the issues.
∎ Responsible to establish the departmental objective/target/KPI & achieve it.
∎ Responsible to ship out the goods as per shipment plan.
∎ Keep the Standard of customer requirement in packing.
∎ Achieve on time delivery targets. Obtain the input as per the schedule.
∎ Submission of feedback to management regarding the delivery status.
∎ Maximum utilization of the container capacity while reaching the time frame for dispatch..
∎ Achieve the packing SMV .
∎ Coordination with other departments for quantity & quality to reach buyer's requirement on time.
∎ Maintain the quality policy & objective.
∎ Responsible to full fill the requirements of ISO,5S & buyer.
∎ Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
∎ Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met as per the company procedure.
∎ Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; coordinating, monitoring and maintaining an inventory of all finished goods received from production, whilst arranging for their dispatch and subsequently taking measures to transfer the balances to the stores for reconciliation.
∎ Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment while following CT PAT security Process.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 02 years work experience in similar role.
∎ Candidates with work experience at EPZ Factories will be preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
