Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business from any reputed University
∎ BSc Textile engineering will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively arrange meeting with PD team of supplier's factory and share idea with PD team to develop production friendly sample.
∎ Receiving thoughts from China PD team if any correction required for sample.
∎ After confirmation of sample receive PO from China team.
∎ Arrange meeting with factory regarding their action plan of materials receiving, manufacturing & how to shipped out timely.
∎ Make sure PP sample before starting mass production.
∎ Time to time check process flow of production.
∎ Monitor finishing process according to stipulated packing instructions.
∎ Checking goods as per stipulated AQL system.
∎ Time to time report office through stipulated format.
∎ As a customer representative, maintain inter business relationship into both buyer and suppliers.
∎ Proactively participating in teardown meeting to come up with constructive ideas, suggestion and thoughts.
∎ Working with IPE and factory on T4 trial to make sure issues are all fixed before production.
∎ Checking the quality of each batch of received materials in factory and review test reports.
∎ Reviewing new production trail to make sure issues are all fixed before production.
∎ Lead case checking.
∎ First pair checking at each stage of each P.O.
∎ First day new production review.
∎ Daily process control.
∎ Daily complete products fit tests and lab tests review.
∎ Final inspection review.
∎ To achieve the quality goal set by Company.
∎ Closely working with planning on delivery and production schedule for the delivery goal set by Company.
∎ To follow new design development and give the concept of production friendly construction.
∎ SOP standardization of different Styles and establishment of SOP in production premises and Implementation of manufacturing excellence for quality and productivity improvement.
∎ Time to time report and share pictures of defected area of shoes into group whats-App account action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
∎ Proven ability to drive the merchandise process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Strong commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong networking skills & relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ A self-starter, an excellent individual contributor as well as team player, who enjoys working in an exciting start-up environment.

Salary: Negotiable
