Experience:

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Fashion Designing

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in Product Development & Production Merchandising  area  .

• Knowledge of fashion trends and new material development.

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Creative mindset with commercial awareness.

• Ability to monitor and control multiple developments simultaneously.

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach

• ·  Communicating with buyers to clearly understand requirements, tech packs, and product specifications

  ·  Preparing accurate costing and supporting price negotiation to secure orders

  ·  Coordinating all sample developments (Proto, Fit, SMS, Size Set, etc.) within timeline

  ·  Sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories from appropriate suppliers (local/import)

  ·  Developing and submitting lab dips, strike-offs, and other approvals

  ·  Coordinating with technical, sampling, and production teams to ensure product accuracy

  ·  Preparing and maintaining Time & Action (T&A) plans from development to shipment stage

  ·  Ensuring timely in-house of all raw materials as per production plan

  ·  Monitoring bulk production (cutting, sewing, finishing) and ensuring smooth workflow

  ·  Maintaining required quality standards as per buyer requirements and approvals

  ·  Managing all approvals (PP sample, TOP sample, shipment sample, etc.)

  ·  Providing regular updates to buyers regarding development and production status

  ·  Coordinating shipment processes including booking, documentation, and on-time delivery

  ·  Identifying risks (development or production stage) and taking proactive solutions

  ·  Resolving any issues related to materials, production, or quality to avoid delays .
