Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in handling buyer communication and order follow-up.
Support in sample development, approval process, and production tracking.
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Maintain TNA (Time & Action Plan) and ensure all activities are updated and followed accordingly.
Regularly update and maintain the ERP system for accurate tracking and reporting.
Prepare order files, reports, and ensure smooth documentation.
Work closely with the team to meet shipment deadlines and buyer requirements.
