Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive the Fit and Construction team to achieve goals/KPl's set based on department objectives.
∎ Communicate directly with brand specific technical teams in both headquarters and local offices to resolve fit, construction related technical challenges, call outs and approvals.
∎ Collaborate and brainstorm with internal cross functional teams (e.g. Design Engineering, Seamless Dyeing/Printing, Marketing, Design) for achievement of the functional objectives & KPIs.
∎ Offer Subject Matter Expertise on Innovation initiatives and drive global best practices.
∎ Ensure smooth execution in sample room activities.
