• Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in dyeing & finishing operations, with at least 4-5 years in managerial role.

• ln-depth knowledge of dyeing/finishing machinery, processes, fabric types (knit), chemical & auxiliaries.

• Strong technical expertise in shade matching, lab to bulk, recipe development, process control.

• Good leadership & communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

We are looking for a Manager Finishing (Knitted Fabric) for the factory who is really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful leader. The appointed Manager Finishing (Knitted Fabric) will be trained as efficient leaders with attractive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all dyeing and finishing operations of fabrics (knit) in the factory.
• Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and shipment deadlines are met.
• Manage lab-to-bulk and bulk-to-bulk processes: shade matching, recipe correction, process optimization.
• Develop, implement and monitor finishing parameters (e.g., shrinkage, feel, hand, appearance, drying/setting) to meet buyer specifications.
• Work closely with QA/ QC, Merchandising, Planning & Maintenance teams.
• Analyses process cost, chemical consumption, waste & losses, and drive improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects, ensure corrective & preventive actions.
• Manage manpower in dyeing & finishing sections, train subordinates, allocate shifts.
• Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on production, quality, chemical usage, etc.
