- Experience in ERP/MIS-based planning and monitoring systems.
- In-depth knowledge of process, production planning, capacity study, and resource allocation.
- Hands-on experience in preparing capacity vs. demand analysis, critical path management, and order execution monitoring.
- Ability to prepare and implement productivity improvement strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools, Kaizen, and other efficiency improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and supply chain teams for accurate planning.
- Monitor factory performance and prepare reports for management decisions.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Resolve escalated issues related to capacity bottlenecks, style changes, and order delays.
