∎ JOB PURPOSE: Coordinate overall activities under HO and field level. Regular visit to the respective working areas and update the progress to management. Communicate with national level stakeholders. Prepare periodical report, case story writing and event report. Find ways to make the project more productive by providing effective methods in its operations and strategic decisions. Closely working with the fund raising and programme development team.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all planned activities under field level offices and provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation field operations.
∎ Conduct regular field visit for effective field operation and update the progress/ significant changes to the management.
∎ Provide necessary support to project staffs and volunteers for providing required support to the targeted returnees
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders and organize issue based events at national level for policy advocacy.
∎ Prepare periodical reports/ donor report, case story, MIS and narrative report on project progress.
∎ Liaise with local level industries/institutes and projects for managing job placement for the returnees, process MOU signing.
∎ Develop concept note and project proposal and participate in the bidding process for fund raising as per needs.
∎ Work for resource mobilization, facilitate migration team and the projects to take part in the process, work with donor liaison office and other relevant forums of BRAC.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Multi-national project dealing and team leadership.
∎ Develop IEC/BCC materials.
∎ Periodical report writing, case story writing and documentation.
∎ Networking, stakeholders liaison and develop relationship with like- minded organizations and donor agencies.
∎ Project planning and development.
∎ Budget planning and cost control.
∎ Good understanding of organizational Knowledge management
∎ Analytical and strategic planning skills.
∎ Proven numeracy and financial management skills.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in the development field especially in Migration sector.

Salary: Negotiable
