Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the coordination of the planning and oversee of the Malaria Elimination Programme & TB Control Programme at FDMN camps and improve the TB control status in assign area including HIV and Covid-19 services. Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of malaria and TB according to plan and provide assistance and recommendation for improvements.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involve in planning and ensure implementation of integrated project activities of communicable disease component (TB, Malaria, HIV, & COVID-19) at FDMN camps
∎ Maintain close coordination, communication and liaison with RRRC authority, HCMP, iNGOs, local health & non-health authority, central malaria & TB team, and other stakeholders
∎ Prepare monthly action plan, follow-up the activities of the subordinate staff, and provide support accordingly in FDMN camps
∎ Regular supervision visits at FDMN camps and provide feedback based on findings and observations for necessary action
∎ Ensure capacity development of staff for smooth Implementation of project activities in the camps
∎ Ensure uninterrupted supply chain management at FDMN camps e.g., drugs, lab supplies, cartridges, chips, X-ray films, etc.
∎ Ensure and update private sector mapping including formal and informal healthcare facilities/ providers to enhance presumptive and case referral
∎ Supervise and monitor financial and programmatic documents in a regular basis to maintain quality of the programme and take initiatives to solve the problems
∎ Analyze the project data and compile reports for the submission to BRAC central MIS unit and Govt. reporting channel
∎ Manage different internal & external audits and provide feedback to respective department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
∎ Excellent in negotiation skills and presentation skills
∎ Excellent knowledge on MS Office package and internet browsing and email writing
∎ Minimum five years experience in the relevant field
