Major Duty and Responsibility:
- Collaborate with Merchandising & Fashion Design teams to align fabric and accessory purchases with requirements.
- Lead procurement efforts: sourcing quotations, preparing comparative statements, negotiating prices, and placing orders upon approval.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and awareness of market trends and fabric quality, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Manage procurement operations in alignment with SOPs, including issuing purchase/work orders, monitoring deliveries, and processing supplier payments.
