Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor' Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with a Healthcare ERP on Web-based technology (especially on Cloud Servers)
∎ Align technology with the hospital to follow the International Standard
∎ Guide the implementation of large scale projects (Hospital Information System) - includes most of the activities - OPD activities, prescriptions, medical treatments, investigations, surgeries healthcare-operations, inventory, finance, admin, etc
∎ Oversee the mechanism to identify and introduce new technologies by establishing a well-defined process for communication streams with business units as well as better patient care.
∎ Arrange orientation of doctors, nurses and end-users in the complete cycle of healthcare activity and make it fully running on HIS
∎ Intensive focus on troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs
∎ Work with the team for Interface between medical equipment and HIS (mostly done on Java
∎ Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5+ years' experience in information technology management
∎ Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
∎ Knowledge on LAN, WAN, Routers, VPN, Wireless Network, Linux and Windows Servers
∎ Preferred: Software development abilities and Knowledge on Database
∎ Strong problem solving and communication skills require
∎ Must have a leadership quality and management capability to lead an IT Team
∎ High level of language proficiency (English and Bangla - both verbal and written)
