Position: Senior Manager/Manager, Finance & Accounts, Labaid Group

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall “Finance and Accounts” operations of the healthcare business to maximize profitability & ensure positive cashflow.

• Overall responsibilities of all Financial and Management reporting including statutory reporting.

• Analyze business information and prepare reports & recommendations for Top Management.

• Lead Tax Planning to achieve optimum results and compliance with relevant Laws, Rules & Regulations.

• Complete audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and relevant findings.

• Plan and execute IA (Internal Audit) Communication and Engagement program.

• Interact with internal & external auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Lead the budgetary & performance goal-setting exercises.

• Take active role in capital budgeting and asset management.

• As per Labaid policy.
