• 15 years of progressively responsible experience, of which minimum 05 years in top-level leadership position, with reputed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in working with large, diversified business groups is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Group.

• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely financial reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the Group’s growth and sustainability.

• Oversee treasury, tax planning, investment analysis, and risk management functions.

• Collaborate with the Board in strategic decision making and to align financial goals with business objectives.

• Manage relationships with banks & non-banking financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies to optimize operations.

• Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team to build a high-performance culture.
