Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finishing Manager will responsible for collecting the production plan specifying PO size, lead time for Finishing and order sheet from the Planning Department.
∎ Receive IE Bulletin mentioning men, machine plan with SMV spelt out against each process for one single style.
∎ Attend in PP Meeting Headed either by COO/Planning Department and QA Departmental Head.
∎ To collect PP File containing shed/shrinkage, cutting plan based on PO delivery date, Style wise, color and PO wise.
∎ Collecting approved sample, against order sheet.
∎ Ensuring that apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output based on skill matrix.
∎ Monitoring the progress of Finishing production against the plan.
∎ Finishing manager coordinates with all the concerns so that apparel manufacturing progresses as per plan.
∎ Supervising discipline of his subordinate on the floor, housekeeping, leave and compliance of his team.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the Superior.
