∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing, Master of Science (MSc) in Fashion Designing
Requirements:

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in a similar role.
∎ Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and fabric properties.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to travel internationally as required.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in a similar role.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research and analyze fashion trends to forecast upcoming styles, colors, and patterns for each season.
∎ Develop and present seasonal fashion projections to the design and marketing teams.
∎ Source and select appropriate fabrics for each season, ensuring quality and alignment with design concepts.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with fabric suppliers and vendors.
∎ Create detailed mood boards to visually communicate design concepts and themes for each season.
∎ Develop comprehensive tech packs for the development team, including detailed specifications, measurements, and construction guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with the development team in factory to oversee the creation of samples, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Provide clear and constructive feedback to the development team to refine and perfect samples.
∎ Travel to other countries as needed to present new collections and ranges to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Any other related task assign by the management.
