Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the operations of utility services, such as Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Pump, Substation and distribution system.
∎ Compile data on utility process units, monitor system efficiency.
∎ Responsible for the plants’ Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & RSC issues.
∎ Manage utility construction projects, developing project scopes, timelines, budgets and material usage. Coordinate work flow within Electrical department of the factory.
∎ To ensure overall management of the store department and supervision of all store personnel as per the company’s Store Management Policy.
∎ Identify and resolve system failures, oversee preventative maintenance and coordinate with management for schedule maintenance.
∎ Development and implementation of existing projects through providing the best maintenance service for reducing breakdown of all machinery.
∎ Erection and commission of upcoming new machinery and check the efficiency of machinery.
∎ To ensure that Store is always neat and clean and well organized so that any item can be traced easily without any wastage of time.
∎ To ensure that overall management of all requisitions, receiving and issuing activities is done in coordination with production requirements, availability of goods and merchandising breakdown.
∎ To confirm receiving is made upon quality inspection and quantity is verified against challan.
∎ To ensure that goods are only issued against proper demands (SRS) accurately and on time.
∎ To ensure issuance of Material Purchase Requisition (MPR) in a timely manner after confirming stock position and verifying actual requirement.
∎ To coordinate with all production management and provide effective support for achieving production target.
∎ To keep all the documents up to date in SAP and accurate for inspection and physical inventory.
∎ To arrange disposal of waste goods as per Management Policy.
∎ Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of waste.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the Management.
