Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Master of Science (MSc) in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and Controlling Erection, Commissioning for New Project (Power Generation & Utility).
∎ Supervising and Controlling Utility work of the Textile related machines.
∎ Supervising & controlling Generators and proper distribution of the power.
∎ Preparing monthly electrical breakdown and downtime report and comparing the achievement with targetbreakdown and downtime.
∎ Rewinding the burnt motor inside our factory.
∎ Preparing monthly preventive maintenance schedule of Generators & utility machines.
∎ Preparing section wise yearly budget.
∎ Making spare parts list of the Generators, Compressors, BBT, Motors, Pumps, Boilers etc. and ensurePI/technical specification etc.
∎ Reducing breakdown and spare parts consumption.
∎ Forecasting spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Repairing the defective inverter, PCB, power supply inside factory.
∎ Supervise Schedule maintenance of Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery, Sub Station, WTP andDeep-Tube well.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within a short time after solving the faults.
∎ Developing, updating and maintaining the SOP for maintenance of all machinery, equipment, develop operation,maintenance policies, procedures, manuals.
∎ Skill in emergency repairing & maintenance work.
∎ Communicating with the service engineer, erector and supplier regarding any unsolved problem of machinery.
∎ Maintaining the connection with other internal departmental personnel for smooth running the factory.
∎ Maintaining liaison and coordinate with the production department to support uninterrupted production.
∎ Conducting training session for all staffs in power generation & utility dept.
∎ Communicating with higher management at any abnormal situation.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by Management
