• Experience with SD integration points with MM, FICO, and PS modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support to end-users and key users for SD-related issues, ranging from L1 to L3 level.

• Lead the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process including order management, delivery, invoicing, credit management, and returns.

• Ensure accurate Master Data Management, including:

  • Customer Master: Creation and Modification

  • Materials Master: FG, SFG, RAW Materials Creation and Modification

  • Price Master: Creation and Modification

  • Freight Master: Creation and Modification

  • Credit Master: Creation and Modification

• Handle business transactions and issue resolutions:

  • Sales Return Processing

  • Sales Order Short Close or Cancellation

  • Invoice Cancellation

  • Payment Receipt Cancellations

  • Delivery Reversal

• Perform initial and ongoing configurations for SD module as per business requirements.

• Carry out new configurations, including:

  • New Plant Configuration

  • New Sales Office Configuration

  • New Sales Group Configuration

  • New Storage Location Configuration

  • Business Requirement–Wise Customization

• Monitor daily integration process between external application and SAP.

• Manage the complete SAP SD module, including configuration, support, and enhancement in alignment with business needs.

• Resolve integration issues between SD and other modules (FICO, MM, PP, PS).

• Provide end-to-end support for Smart Forms, Custom Reports, and Enhancements.

• Collaborate with developers and system administrators to troubleshoot and implement technical fixes.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals.

• Conduct training for new users and existing staff on SAP SD functionality, updates, and best practices.

• Prepare and maintain business requirement wise FS (functional specification).

Cross-Functional & Manufacturing Support (MTO & MTS) PP module:

• Coordinate with Production and Planning teams to support Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) processes.

• Support master data setup in production:

  • BOM Creation (MTO & MTS)

  • Routing Creation (MTO & MTS)

  • Work Center Setup (MTO & MTS)

  • Production Version Creation (MTO & MTS)
