Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality at optimum level maintaining as per buyer requirement;
∎ Work with PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before line start;
∎ Ensure fabric inspection, in line inspection & final inspection;
∎ Follow up DHU% & finishing return & get corrective action
∎ Make Q.A inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Take responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Set Q.A team and ensure that targets are achieved.
∎ Responsible to assure overall production quality as fixed standard.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Maintain controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood & followed.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in a reputed woven garments manufacturing unit
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in inter personal skill
∎ Experience of serving at similar position in sweater industry and related field will be an additional advantage
Salary: Negotiable
