Job Context:
∎ Runner Group, a well reputed and leading business group, engaged in diversified business like manufacturing and marketing of motorcycle, footwear; marketing of truck, pickup, integrated LPG, lubricants and real estate development.
∎ We are looking for- A dynamic, hardworking & honest person with proven leadership history & sound understanding of cross-functional administrative and operational aspects of a continuous process industry, who is willing & able to assume the leadership role in a challenging & fast-paced footwear-manufacturing unit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop quality control and assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring and verification procedures and corrective actions
∎ Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, system, compliance and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints
∎ Perform Quality Inspections at sites; including per-qualification, In-process and pre-
∎ shipment.
∎ Deal with all quality issues in production as well as buyers' requirements
∎ Meet the buyer's in house Quality Assurance Officers regularly and ensure the best quality footwear.
∎ Validate quality processes by Establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
∎ Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions and re-validations.
∎ Organizing the use, repair, maintenance, modification and procurement of production equipment.
∎ Work closely with maintenance department for equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
∎ Maintain close collaboration with Research and Development division to ensure and implement technical information.
∎ Develop and train the quality team for better understanding of customers' requirements & quality parameters for shipping the best quality products for the customers.
∎ Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating & preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Accomplish quality assurance human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling & disciplining employees
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have proven experience in the similar position from any other reputed footwear manufacturing company.
∎ Strong communication in English in both writing and speaking.
∎ Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge on MS Office, email communication and internet.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
