Experience:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
Recruitment & Develop Operators, Supervisors, Helpers and administrative staffs.
Oversee the on boarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Workforce Planning and Management:
Collaborate with department heads to develop workforce plans aligned with production schedules.
Monitor staff performance and productivity, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
Compliance and Employee Relations:
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws, factory regulations and ethical standards.
Address employee grievances and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Training and Development:
Design and implement training programs for skill development, particularly for production staff.
Conduct leadership and compliance training for supervisors and managers.
Compensation and Benefits:
Develop competitive compensation structures and administer payroll.
Manage employee welfare programs and ensure statutory benefits are provided.
HR Policies and Systems:
Establish HR policies, including attendance, leave management and disciplinary procedures.
Leverage HR software for efficient workforce management and rend-keeping.
Sustainability and Employee Well-being:Promote diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Develop and monitor employee wellness programs.
